Shipping insurance covers product replacement only on initial orders. Shipping and handling charges apply to order replacements. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of date of purchase. A package is not considered “lost” until 8 weeks after the ship out date (to allow for delays and/or reprocessing and return time if it was deemed undeliverable by the postal service). Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by insurance. We reserve the right to decline replacement if deceptive practices are suspected.
