Variants In Timelines
Delays can occur due to customs and border security for orders sent to destinations outside of Canada, along with many other variables, including geographical location (Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, APO, etc.) and climates, both natural (weather) and political. For reasons beyond my control, orders can, and sometimes do, require a longer shipping timeline than those estimated. Please rest assured that even if a package does take longer than estimated to get to you, it’s very rare for an order to actually go missing.
Recyclable Packaging
All labelling and packaging are kept to a bare minimum. Product labels are made of paper and can be passed along to someone else when you’re done with them, as you would a business card, or be recycled or composted. Manilla envelopes, tear-resistant poly mailers, or corrugated boxes are used for shipping and are all recyclable.
Shipping quotes apply to retail website orders only. Orders must total the free shipping minimum after any discounts to qualify for free shipping. If an incorrect shipping address is given and an order has to be reshipped, there will be a shipping charge for the replacement order. If an order is returned and then cancelled by the customer, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if the original shipping was paid by New Moon Pads.
