No taxes or duty fees to Canadian and US customers. As we are located in Canada there are no duty fees to Canadian customers. US customers can order up to $800 worth of product without paying duty fees.

If ordering from outside of North America, please to see if your country is receiving parcels before placing your order. Please do not order if your country is on the "Service Suspended" list. Even if your country is receiving shipping, timelines can be very long due high package volumes and COVID-19 safety protocols.

Taxes and Duty Fees
Varies per country. International orders are subject to inspection on entering the destination country and may incur tax, duty, and/or VAT fees, which are the responsibility of the customer at time of delivery. Some countries offer discounted or nil rates for menstrual hygiene products (each package has a coded number that supplies the package content information to customs). Please check with your local customs office for rates.
Shipping timelines are approximate and not guaranteed as occasionally delays can occur which are beyond our control once a shipment is in the hands of the postal service.
VARIANTS IN TIMELINES
Delays can occur due to customs and border security for orders sent to destinations outside of Canada, along with many other variables including geographical location (Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, APO, etc.) and climates, both natural (weather) and political. Orders can, and sometimes do, take a longer shipping timeline than those estimated for reasons beyond my control. Please rest assured that even if a package does take longer than estimated to get to you, it’s very rare for an order to actually go missing.
Tracking numbers are available on most orders over 1 kg. Canada Post does not supply tracking numbers for small packet orders under 1 kg. Orders can be upgraded to tracked package for a fee. .
All labeling and packaging is kept to a bare minimum. Product labels are made of paper and can be passed along to someone else when you’re done with them, as you would a business card, or can be recycled or composted. Manilla envelopes, tear resistant poly mailers, or corrugated boxes are used for shipping and are all recyclable.
All packages are mailed in plain packaging with the return address and company name as well as the website name and logo with no mention made of the specific nature of the contents or business. For out of country shipments the package contents are listed as cloth pads for customs purposes with no reference to “menstrual” or “feminine hygiene” (there is a coded number that supplies that information for customs). If you would like further discretion just let me know at checkout and I will be happy to replace the “NewMoonPads.com” with “ReneeMcKay.com”.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
At New Moon Pads your satisfaction is a priority. All products are guaranteed for quality and workmanship. If you’re unsure of a particular product I recommend just purchasing one or two to try initially. If purchasing multiple pads, please launder and use only one or two to ensure fit and satisfaction before laundering all items in your order as items must be in NUU (new, unused, unwashed) condition to qualify for return. Sale items and custom orders (including Ultra Pads and Personal Incontinence Pads) are nonrefundable. Have a problem? Let me know and I will be happy to work with you on solving the issue. If returning a product please contact me for a return authorization number (RAN). Returns will be given as a store credit or exchange. Returns coming from outside of Canada must be marked as a returned item and the value listed at $0.00. If an item is returned for exchange, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and a shipping/processing charge will be applied to the replacement order, or the original shipping/processing charge will be deducted from any refund if initial shipping costs were paid by New Moon Pads. Orders are only eligible for replacement or refund within 90 days from date of purchase.

Add Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance covers product replacement only on initial orders. Shipping and handling charges may apply to order replacements, depending on the circumstances of the claim. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of date of purchase. A package is not considered “lost” until 8 weeks after the ship out date (to allow for delays and/or reprocessing and return time if it was deemed undeliverable by the postal service). Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by insurance. We reserve the right to decline replacement if deceptive practices are suspected.
